Free Online Peer Support for Adults Living With Mental Health Conditions

NAMI Connection is a free, confidential recovery support group for adults living with mental health conditions. The group provides a supportive space for participants to connect with others who understand through shared experience and to receive encouragement, understanding, and hope.

Groups follow NAMI’s structured support group model and are led by trained facilitators who are living in recovery themselves.

• When: 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month
• Time: 7:00–8:30 PM
• Format: Online via Zoom
• Cost: Free
• Length: 90 minutes

Free Online Support for Families and Loved Ones

NAMI Family Support Group is a free, confidential support group for family members and loved ones of people living with mental health challenges.

The group provides a safe and supportive space where families can connect with others who understand, share experiences, learn from one another, and find encouragement and hope.

• When: 2nd and 4th Mondays of every month
• Time: 6:30–8:00 PM
• Format: Online via Zoom
• Cost: Free
• For: Family members and loved ones of people living with mental health challenges
