Welcome to Midnight Pages
Midnight Pages is a reflective, educational space within Transformative Healing, a place where lived experience, personal growth, spirituality, advocacy, mental health, recovery, and community awareness can meet.
Here, I explore the experiences, patterns, relationships, systems, and circumstances that shape our lives, sometimes without us realizing how deeply they influence us. Some posts invite personal reflection. Others offer education, practical tools, resources, or a different way of looking at an issue.
The subjects may vary, but the intention remains the same: to deepen awareness and understanding so that we can recognize our choices, discover useful resources, and move toward meaningful change.

Who This Blog Is For
Midnight Pages is for people who want to understand themselves and the world around them more deeply. You may be navigating recovery, mental health challenges, family concerns, a life transition, personal or spiritual growth, or simply questioning what comes next.
You do not need to fit into a particular category to belong here. Curiosity is enough.
How to Get Started
Explore the latest posts, browse by topic, or begin wherever something catches your attention. There is no required order. Sometimes the idea we need finds us precisely when we're ready to examine it.
Midnight Pages,
This is where I share thoughts, experiences, lessons, questions, and the things I've learned, and am still learning—along the way. Some posts come from lived experience. Some grow out of my work, training, spirituality, or conversations that make me stop and think. And sometimes I simply have something on my mind that needs a page.
I write about the things we don't always know how to talk about: healing, recovery, mental health, family, relationships, boundaries, spirituality, personal growth, finding your voice, and figuring out what to do when life gets complicated.
You won't find perfection here. You'll find reflection, honesty, and real conversations about what it means to understand ourselves, grow through what we've lived, and keep moving forward.
So pull up a chair, bring your coffee—or whatever gets you through the day—and explore whatever speaks to you.
I’m so excited it's here, my 14-part series on Inner Child & Adult Healing.
Why this work matters: Trauma leaves its mark on the child within us, the part that once felt safe, playful, and whole. As adults, we may still feel echoes of those wounds through fear, anxiety, over-pleasing, or disconnection.
This series will guide you through understanding both your Inner Child (innocent, joyful, vulnerable) and your Adult Self (grounded, responsible, resilient), and teach you how to reconnect them so you can heal old wounds and create inner safety.
By the end of this series, you’ll have tools to:
-
Recognize when your Adult or Child is leading
-
Navigate triggers with awareness
-
Create healthier relationships
-
Re-parent your inner child with compassion
